Mr. Akihiro Mabuchi
CEO and Representative Director

Born in 1967
Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University with Bachelor of Business Administration in March, 1989

Joined Nippon Investment Finance Inc. (currently NIF SMBC Ventures Co., Ltd., a venture capital firm under Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd.) in April, 1989. Started his career at Investment Screening Department and Investment Investigation Department. Engaged in the management of Investment Department as the team leader of Investment Group 2 in July, 1998. During his years at Investment Screening Department and Investment Investigation Department, he conducted due diligence investigations into over 300 companies in total. Later at Investment Department, he served as Outside Executive Director and as Observer at Board of Directors at investees he was in charge of. He was enthusiastically involved in a variety of activities in the forefront of venture investment until he left the company in December, 1999. After having participated in the management as Advisor since its establishment, he finally joined Digital Magic Labs Inc. (later renamed Anchor Technology, Inc. in August, 2003) as Executive Director in January, 2000. In April, 2000, he was inaugurated as CEO and Representative Director.

Mr. Masatsugu Shiino

Graduated from Osaka University of Arts with Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design in March, 1981

After his graduation from university, he worked as a freelance art director and designer. He was involved in advertisements for CASIO Computer Co., Ltd. and Mazda Motor Corporation as well as exhibition projects for science museums. Requested by Apple Computer Inc., he also produced a number of CD-ROM contents while bridging the gap between computer science and communication arts with a whole new design and on-demand technology for Web-based email interface. Joined Anchor Technology, Inc. in August, 2003 and became Executive Director in June, 2007.

Mr. Tokuya Fujiwara
Executive Director, General Manager of General Affairs

Born in 1967
Graduated from Waseda University with Bachelor of Laws in March, 1990

Worked for the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, Ltd. (currently Mizuho Bank, Ltd.), SoftBank Corp., and CIS Co., Ltd. (currently Sony Global Solutions, Inc.). Joined Anchor Technology, Inc. and became Executive Director in March, 2008. Based on his expertise in finance, M&A, and IPO both in the domestic and overseas markets, he is now in charge of General Affairs Department.
